Linsey Fagan

Texas Congressional
District 26

It’s time for genuine leadership that puts the lives and livelihoods of everyday Texans first. It’s time for leaders who serve the people of Texas, not the special interests.
I’m running for US House of Representatives because, for too long, Texans have been without accountable leadership in Washington.
I’m running to represent District 26 to champion the causes of my community, not to crusade after divisive political points.

Linsey Fagan

Linsey Fagan was born and raised in District 26.

She’s a single mom, daughter of a union worker, entrepreneur, and activist who lives three doors down from her parents, and a few blocks from her sister. She’s intelligent. She’s a fighter. She’s scrappy. She doesn’t let anything get in her way.

She is the daughter of the Democratic Party. In the first year of motherhood, Linsey received help from programs developed by the Democratic Party, such as WIC, Medicaid, and Pell Grants. She’s a success story who will fight to ensure we have more success stories. Linsey is the return on investment.

With this helping hand up from her family and her community, Linsey was able to beat the odds. She went on to a career in the tech industry, starting her own consulting business in analytics and Search Engine Optimization, helping other small businesses grow. She’s worked at a tech incubator, helping new small business get off the ground. She’s run global alliances and sales for an IT Compliance firm, and served as a Vice President at an investment firm.

She had never considered a life in politics, but knew that regular people wouldn’t have representation unless regular people ran for office.

She knew she had the voice to speak to the diverse viewpoints in the district, and that she could build bridges where others had fostered division.

Coming from a working, middle class family, she knew she’d have to earn every inch, and knew it would be a challenge. However, she believes that doing the right thing isn’t always easy.

Linsey Fagan is running to represent everyone in Texas’s 26th district because single moms deserve a seat at the table. The middle class deserves a seat at the table. The working class deserves a seat at the table. Normal, everyday Americans deserve a seat at the table.
